Files Deleted After Export

Uploads are processed over an encrypted connection and deleted after extraction. Rows are kept 30 days for re-download, then removed.

Why Statement to Budget?

When a client hands over a year of PDF statements, or the bank feed is missing months, somebody has to get those rows into the ledger. Retyping is slow and error-prone; generic PDF-to-Excel tools collapse the debit and credit columns and lose the sign. Statement to Budget reads the statement the way a bookkeeper does: every line, direction preserved, totals checked against the statement before you download.

The output is a file your software imports without column mapping — QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, MYOB, FreshBooks or a plain spreadsheet — with spending categorised as a bonus. Business owners doing their own books, and anyone who wants to understand a statement, get the same rows and a spending dashboard.

🔐 Privacy First

Your financial data security is our top priority. All files are processed securely, and your data is automatically deleted after analysis. We never store your bank statements or transaction details permanently. The entire analysis happens in a secure, isolated session that expires after you're done.
