Pricing questions
What counts as a page?
Each page in an uploaded PDF uses one page credit when we process it. Spreadsheet and CSV uploads are charged at 40 rows per page. A typical monthly statement is 2–8 pages, so Pro covers roughly 50–200 statements a month and Bookkeeper roughly 200–750.
Which formats can I export?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV, QuickBooks Online 3-column and 4-column CSV, Xero bank statement CSV, and QBO/OFX for QuickBooks Desktop and other accounting software. Every transaction on the statement is included — debits and credits — reconciled against the statement totals.
Do unused pages roll over?
No. Pro and Bookkeeper credits reset each month. A $9.99 one-off unlocks only that file. Page Pack credits are added to your balance and do not expire.
Can I try it without paying?
